  • How can I place an order at Joaxcom?
    Simplicity is our goal. If you like an item, click on buy now, then checkout if the item is in stock. You will be asked to login to your account (create one if you do not have any; it is free). Once you are logged in, you will be given different delivery options, select the one that suits you. Continue the procedure, select a payment method. Confirm the total amount and you are done. A confirmation will be sent right away to your e-mail.?
  • Can I pay using a Visa or Mastercard credit card ?
    Yes, please select the Paypal payment service to pay using your Visa or Mastercard Credit Card. When selecting the PayPal payments service, you will be transferred to the PayPal webpage to complete the payment. The Paypal credit card service verifies your card and that you have sufficient fund to pay for your order. It is very important you return to the Joaxcom webshop after the PayPal credit card verification procedure is done. You need to return to the Joaxcom webshop to complete the checkout and inform the Joaxcom webshop PayPal have accepted the credit card purchases. Joaxocom will start processing the order immediately (unless item is sold out). As for the PayPal fees we charge our customers the percentage the Credit Card Companies charge us. PayPal fees are being charged by the payment provider to cover operating costs associated with their service and the fee goes to the PayPal service provider. Joaxcom does not retain any portion of this fee.
  • If I buy a product from Joaxcom, what is the warranty period, and what does it cover?
    All products come with one-year warranty (unless specified otherwise). If we deliver a product and an issue arises, we suggest contacting our Support Center and explain your problem. We will even try contacting the manufacturer to get more explanation about your issue. Nevertheless, if the problem could not be solved, we will be happy to either repair or replace your defective product with a new or refurbished product. In case your issue could not be solved to Your full satisfaction we refund your money minus a handling fee of 15% of the goods value.
